This seven-and-a-half-star sustainable home has been built with numerous considerations in mind. Sinclair's considered how the house was situated, the materials used and made quite a small house feel spacious, but still inviting. The timber windows and cladding on the outside of the house immediately catch your eye and as you walk through the master bedroom, ensuite and walk in room are hidden away at the front of the house. Leaving the back area for the living, dining, kitchen with a very clever walk in pantry at the back making the use of space very precise. There are still another 2 bedrooms at the back with the beautifully finished main bathroom. And there is still a room tucked away as the study/guest sitting area. Solar panels are on the north facing side with a large alfresco living area below.
