        The Highton Child and Family Centre, located in close proximity to Bellaire Primary School, is ideally situated to provide a range of services including child care, kindergarten, maternal and child health services along with other consulting services.
        The building fans out around a large central foyer, or gathering space, which provides a welcoming hub for all who visit. Deep verandahs further enhance the bespoke external play spaces by creating outside areas for all weather use. Unique features of the centre include rammed earth walls with recessed round windows. Through attention to passive design the building will achieve a 6 star Green Star rating.

Sinclair's considered how the house was situated, the materials used and made quite a small house feel spacious, but still inviting. The timber windows and cladding on the outside of the house immediately catch your eye and as you walk through the master bedroom, ensuite and walk in room are hidden away at the front of the house. Leaving the back area for the living, dining, kitchen with a very clever walk in pantry at the back making the use of space very precise. There are still another 2 bedrooms at the back with the beautifully finished main bathroom. And there is still a room tucked away as the study/guest sitting area.
