CROSSCOM

Clearwater plumbing and maintenance was engaged to complete an office fit-out to an existing warehouse office in North Melbourne. The works included a structural extension of the office area, a complete office fit out with new services.

Convert domestic dwelling into a medical clinic. All plumbing services renewed to suite application and fit out.

SKINDEPTH DERMATOLOGY

• Project: Skindepth Dermatology Clinic • Client: Skindepth Dermatology Full refurbishment of an existing GP clinic including structural demolition, new services, modified layout and new finishes compliant with a medical facility.

ST. GREGORY THE GREAT PRIMARY SCHOOL

• Project: St. Gregory the Great Primary School – New Multipurpose Hall • Client: Arch Diocese of Melbourne Works have commenced on a brand new Multi-Purpose Hall in Doncaster for the St. Gregory the Great Primary School. Works due to be completed middle of 2018.

THE HIGHTON CHILD AND FAMILY CENTRE

• Location: Bellaire Drive, Highton • Client: City of Greater Geelong The Highton Child and Family Centre, located in close proximity to Bellaire Primary School, is ideally situated to provide a range of services including child care, kindergarten, maternal and child health services along with other consulting services. The building fans out around a large central foyer, or gathering space, which provides a welcoming hub for all who visit. Deep verandahs further enhance the bespoke external play spaces by creating outside areas for all weather use. Unique features of the centre include rammed earth walls with recessed round windows. Through attention to passive design the building will achieve a 6 star Green Star rating.

PATERSONIA STREET (MASTER BUILDERS BEST SUSTAINABLE HOME 2019)

• Client: Sinclairs Building Concepts This seven-and-a-half-star sustainable home has been built with numerous considerations in mind. Sinclair's considered how the house was situated, the materials used and made quite a small house feel spacious, but still inviting. The timber windows and cladding on the outside of the house immediately catch your eye and as you walk through the master bedroom, ensuite and walk in room are hidden away at the front of the house. Leaving the back area for the living, dining, kitchen with a very clever walk in pantry at the back making the use of space very precise. There are still another 2 bedrooms at the back with the beautifully finished main bathroom. And there is still a room tucked away as the study/guest sitting area. Solar panels are on the north facing side with a large alfresco living area below.
